After yesterday they have lost a loyal customer. 1 hour and 40 minutes, two lines , then another waiting period! All for three large hoagies and two fries with sauce??? The food is good, but the service is terrible. I belive that we should support our black owned businesses. The last time I was there they were so rude to me, I could not bring myself to buy anything.
Love the steaks and don't leave off the fries I've coming here over 25 years. Chicago is a town known for mild sauce; everyone has their own version of it. RV'S HOME OF THE HOAGY just hapens to have the best. Our Hand Cut Fries are served in a natural colored paper box with a fork. The mild sauce is a family secret so unless you plan to change your last name; don't ask for the recipe.
